A PWR 402 two-axis serial cutting circular saw was purchased. The operation of the serial cutting machine can be monitored on an LCD panel. The height and width of the planned cut can also be set here, which measures with the help of a built-in laser.
In the production of pallets and other furniture, many raw materials of unique sizes must be produced. The acquisition of the serial cutter gives the opportunity to produce raw materials 18 - 200 mm wide, the acquisition of which has been a problem until now, since the majority of suppliers work with standard sizes. In addition, the two-axis serial cutter produces less sawdust - a byproduct - due to the thinner saw blades. The installation of the wood chip boiler and its accessories has taken place. With the heating system, the temperature in the production premises can be regulated, this facilitates the operation of the machines, as we can ensure a constant operating temperature. For example, robots cannot be operated below 5 degrees Celsius. To modernize the heating, a wood chip boiler that you want to buy will be heated by the chippings from the grinding of the 'wood waste' generated during production using a dosing and feeding system. Wood chips are a renewable energy source, and in addition, almost waste-free production is realized. With the project, an even larger part of our sales would consist of the sale of products with higher added value, so we would work with higher sales and higher profits.
In the project, we accounted for:
- 1 PC PWR 402 two-axis serial cutting circular saw
- 1 wood chip boiler, with accessories and installation
- employee wage contract support
