Detailed presentation of the project content:
With the help of this tender, our company wants to enter the domestic and European market with a new product, the production of EUR/EPAL pallets. To this end, we need to make a complex investment by purchasing more machines.
The pallet nailing line you want to buy is a modern, robust electromechanical drive design. It can be used wherever fast, high-quality pallets need to be nailed, with high productivity and high nailing accuracy. The nailing line you want to buy has additional subassemblies that are essential for the production of EUR pallets. These units are the baler (cutting off the edge of the base board) and the heel (cutting the four corners of the pallet).
As part of the investment, we would like to purchase a robot cell capable of picking up and stacking pallets produced by the nailing machine. The cell provides continuous production without human intervention
In order to meet the manufacturing requirements for controlling the moisture content of wood, we also need a drying / heat treatment chamber. Therefore, we would like to purchase a drying equipment for the tender, the boiler of which operates using renewable energy (wood chips and sawdust).
The nailing line can achieve the desired efficiency if the right quality, size and quantity of pallet elements are available. Our company can buy the pallet element in fiber material at a competitive price, which still needs to be cut to size! Our current low-power cutting machine would not be able to produce the required amount of pallet elements. Even if an extremely productive nailing line is available, we would not be able to serve. That is why we would like to buy a stack saw as part of the tender.
Through the investment, the profitability of our company would increase by 8-10%, which will facilitate our further development and investment opportunities.
We want to enter the European market with the new product, as these products are generally accepted in Europe.
Our company's revenue currently consists of 99% of domestic sales and barely 1% of exports.
We want to increase our export revenues to a minimum of 8%.
Other activities:
Installation of a 25 sqm solar collector to provide domestic hot water. This will reduce our overhead costs and, indirectly, our emissions.
Marketing consulting, branding and English language training for 1 person: on the one hand, technological needs and on the other hand, the continuous expansion of the market necessitate the implementation of these activities.
